I appear to be one of the users afflicted. Existing computers that were syncing fine stopped and don\u2019t show as registered. New computer never before synced also  can\u2019t register. Apple Support forums with many user reports \u2013 e.g., http:\/\/discussions.apple.com\/thread.jspa?threadID=2553248&start=15&tstart=0<\/a> <\/p>\n

Waited 1hr 32 min for chat rep who, like all first line agents in every company wanted me to jump through every hoop and blame my computer(s) \u2013 my network \u2013 my frame of mind. And finally escalated and then admitted it was an Apple problem. Then the solution was \u201cwe know, wait a few days, keep trying\u201d. Apple, this is NOT acceptable<\/font><\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Update: Started working around 1pm EDT. I actually sent email with the chat transcript to <\/font><\/em><\/strong>sjobs@apple.com<\/font><\/em><\/strong>. Just got a call from Apple Executive Offices (really). Had quite the conversation with the nice person that phone.<\/font><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
