Many want to test the cool new <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.windows.com\/windowsexperience\/2017\/02\/08\/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-15031-pc\" target=\"_blank\">Dynamic Lock<\/a> feature, but since the Settings App, Devices functionality is broken, think they need to wait for a new build. <\/p>\n<p>Nope. The legacy control panel is still there and can be used to get Bluetooth devices paired.<\/p>\n<p>1. Type Control in the Cortana Search field and open Control Panel<\/p>\n<p>2. Change Category to Small icons if needed<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"legacy1\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; margin: 10px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"legacy1\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalmediaphile.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/legacy1.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"453\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Verify your phone is in discoverable; it should appear in the Add a device list. Your phone and the Add a device window should display the same code.
