My region just went through it and the "employee care" looks very dismal right now. Anyway, the printer - I've got an early version (the L7600) and it's been awesome. Webscan (scanning a document via a web interface) is a hidden gem, and printing pictures right from the SD card was is dummy proof. VERY sad to hear that C* had dropped you.
